WELCOME TO THE MAPLEDURHAM LTC SUBSCRIPTION PORTAL

Please note there are three different ways that new members may be entered into the system.

1. Individual Member

As an individual member please create your account and then choose from one of the following three options depending on your status:

2020 Adult Membership (includes £20 joining fee) – MLTC
2020 Junior (under 18) Membership - MLTC
2020 Student (18+) Membership - MLTC

2. Family Group of Members
==========================
As the lead member or person responsible for paying please create your account and then choose the “2020 Adult Membership (includes £20 joining fee) – MLTC” membership.

You can then add additional members in your account. These members should be from the following options:

2020 Second (and other) Adult Membership (includes £10 joining fee) – MLTC
2020 Family Student (18+) Membership - MLTC
2020 Family Junior (under 18) Membership - MLTC

3. Family group of juniors/students with non playing guardian and subscription payer

As the lead member or person responsible for paying, but a non playing member, please create your account and then choose the “2020 Guardian Membership - MLTC (Free)” membership.

You can then add additional members in your account. These members should be from the following options:

2020 Junior (under 18) Membership - MLTC
2020 Student (18+) Membership - MLTC

Date of Birth is only required for those under the age of 18.

If you have a British Tennis Membership Number please have that to hand to enter in to the system.
