Register here to become a member of Thurso United Football Club.

Our club is open to children and young people from age 5 to 16, split into five age groups by birth year. Our catchment area is Thurso and its environs. Training is inside at the Thurso High School games hall and outside at the Naver All-Weather pitch depending on time of year and age group. Matches, tournaments and festivals are played from spring to autumn under the organisation of the Caithness Youth Football Association.

There are various member categories:
- Player categories: annual and quarterly payment plans
- Coach and committee member categories

Membership registration is important to ensure players are covered by club insurance and that coaches have carers’ contact information. Phone numbers are especially important as they allow parents/carers to be contacted in the event of an emergency.

You can change contact or medical details at any time and we encourage you to keep these up to date. Club officials will be alerted to changes but you should in any case keep the relevant head coach informed of any important changes in medical condition or medicines that the player has at the earliest opportunity.

Player Membership Costs:

Annually - £40
Payment can be made using a credit/debit card through Paypal or by direct debit via GoCardless.

Quarterly - £12.50
Payment can only be made by direct debit via GoCardless and subsequent payments must be pre-authorised so they can be taken as they are due.

GoCardless is a payment company that processes direct debits on our behalf.

The annual payment covers the football year from the school winter term (October) to summer term. The annual payment will normally be taken at the start of the winter term but will also be accepted at the time of registration. A discount will be given at the discretion of the membership secretary for part years on the annual payment plan.
The first quarterly payment will be taken upon first registering with the club, then subsequent payments through the year at the start of the winter, spring, summer and autumn terms.
