    - Second claim (you are only eligible for Second Claim membership if your first Club is EA Affiliated): £35
    - EA affiliation: £19 (optional; added to your above membership)

    Please complete all fields on this form. It is essential that you keep your membership record, including emergency contact information and medical information, up to date and you can do this by logging into your account at anytime.

    Your information: The information gathered via this form will only be used for membership administration purposes and for contacting our members about Club events and activities. We will not share the data with any other organisations or people and your data will be stored securely.     Please note regarding EA membership: When you become a member of or renew your membership with Hogweed Trotters you can also choose to be registered as a member of England Athletics (you will have to register with England Athletics if you ever compete for the club in competition Under UKA Rules). If you select England Athletics membership, we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org.
