Preschool Gymnastics Sessions for children from walking to 4 years old. These session run every Monday, during school terms only from 11:15am to 12:15pm.

Participating in gymnastics, especially at preschool age, is a wonderful way to help your child’s development and gaining skills which will help them as they grow. We strongly believe, that through the introduction of gymnastics apparatus to preschool aged children, it has a number of benefits to them. Our coaches will therefore, during this time, provide you with guidance to assist your child in using our equipment, such as the bars and beams, whilst also giving them the opportunity to take part in fun floor-based activities.

Please note:

• Places are limited, to currently a maximum of 20 adult attendees per session
• Were possible can only 1 adult accompany a child
• Participants are to arrive gym ready were possible
