TUESDAY ADULTS TRAMPOLINE CLASS

7-8pm 
Main Sports Hall @ Bushey Grove Leisure Centre, WD23 2TD

This class is a relaxed trampoline class suitable for beginners to complete advanced and ex-gymnasts. The coaches are on hand to provide you with tips and coaching to the level you wish. There is plenty of time to practice the skills on your own whilst the coaches work their way around the other trampolines. There is max 4 to a trampoline which means that there is plenty of rest as we know it can be tiring! If you have any questions please pop us an email.

Please come dressed appropriate for activty yourself, hair to be tied back, earings and jewellery to be removed or taped PRIOR to the start as we cannot offer this (it invalidates our insurance), socks must be worn at all times and are required for participation.

In order to participate you must show you have submitted payment and your registration confirmation upon starting.
